Meet The Team
Our Team.

Mark Skinner
Managing Director
Hello there – I’m Mark, Managing Director at Anglian IT and Scanning Solutions, and unofficial herder of electrons, cats, and occasionally, servers that don’t behave. It’s a thrilling time — the sort of thrilling that involves spreadsheets, legacy systems, and the occasional flash of actual progress. My fascination with technology began in a time before the internet arrived in your toaster. Back then, the local library was my gateway to the arcane world of tech: a treasure trove of DK encyclopedias and circuit diagrams that felt as magical to me as any fantasy tome. While other kids were building castles from LEGO, I was building Franken-devices from old VCRs, hoovers, and whatever else bin day had to offer. I lived on a street where Thursdays were like Boxing Day for budding tinkerers — a parade of half-broken machines just waiting to be dissected. Naturally, when my family finally got a home PC, I was enthralled — right up until it inevitably stopped working. Lacking the funds for professional help and armed with a deep sense of curiosity (and probably a flathead screwdriver), I decided to fix it myself. Turns out, a PC is really just a very polite jigsaw puzzle — one that occasionally bites back if you forget to unplug it. Fast forward a few years, and I found myself working in a local off-license. The EPOS systems there were roughly the same vintage as the Spice Girls’ debut album. I couldn’t help myself — I upgraded the hardware in my spare time, just for the joy of making something better. That small act of rebellion (and improvement) was a turning point. I realised I wanted to pursue a career in IT — even if the gatekeepers insisted on a degree. So I got one. Sort of. I enrolled full-time in Computer Science and Mathematics with The Open University… while also working full-time. (I do not recommend this. Side effects include lack of sleep and a deep existential bond with coffee.) But it worked. I added “currently studying” to my CV, gave my job title a light polish, and one day, I got the call. An interview at Enterprise Consulting. They weren’t looking for someone with all the answers — just someone willing to ask the right questions and figure things out. That was me in a nutshell. I started on the service desk and gradually grew into development, project leadership, and client management. I earned a bit of a reputation for solving just about anything — especially the things no one else wanted to touch. Ten years passed in the blink of an eye (albeit a blink filled with code, caffeine, and the occasional system meltdown). Then came the pandemic. Like many, my boss took stock of life and decided it was time to step back. A few of us stepped forward. Together, we took on the challenge of running the company — directors, owners, and learners all at once. Five years later, I’ve taken the reins fully and am now steering Enterprise Consulting into its next chapter. It’s been quite a journey — from bin-day scavenger to Managing Director — but one constant remains: a love of solving problems, learning new things, and making technology just a little less confusing for everyone else.

Brad Price
IT Manager and DPO
As IT Manager at Anglian IT and Scanning Solutions, I lead all aspects of IT service delivery, support operations, and software development oversight. My role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management to ensure seamless IT performance across a diverse client base. In October 2023, I took on the additional responsibility of serving as Data Protection Officer (DPO) for Enterprise Consulting (UK) Ltd and its subsidiaries. In this role, I lead our data protection strategy, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and wider information governance standards. How I got into IT: I have been working in IT for 13 years, I started in an internal IT Service Desk Team in a large retail chain and never looked back, taking any opportunity to grow my knowledge and specialise in different areas within the IT Sector, when the opportunity came to become a part of the leadership team AI&SS it was too exciting an opportunity to pass up. Experience & Qualifications: ITIL 4 in IT Service Management Lean Six Sigma Certified Certified Data Protection Officer (C-DPO) (ISO 17024-accredited) A little about me: Outside of work, I’m very family-focused and share my home with my wonderful wife and a lively collection of pets—including a couple of mischiefs of rats and some equally mischievous cats, I have also been blessed with a large found family of long-time friends, all of whom keep life interesting! Together, we enjoy life’s little adventures, whether that’s caring for our animals, heading off to music festivals, travelling abroad, or simply spending time together. I’m a lifelong nerd at heart, with a passion for collectibles and fandoms—particularly within the sci-fi and fantasy genres. Gaming is another big part of my life, whether it’s tabletop role-playing games, board games, or computer games—I love the creativity, community, and storytelling they bring.

Jordan Hilditch
Social Media and Marketing Manager
I’ve been in the media space for around eight years, working across education, tech start-ups, retail, hospitality, and more. As both a hobbyist and professional photographer, marketing felt like a natural progression in my career — combining creativity with communication. I’ve got two cats and a dog (Dottie, Peach, and Bagel). In my spare time, I like to take on woodworking projects to keep the cats entertained or building furniture to improve our DnD games. The newest addition in my hobbies is 3d modelling both in a practical and artist sense always love to learn a new skill and dive in the deep end!

Sue Lennon
Scanning Bureau Manager
In charge of the day to day running of the Bureau, preparing, scanning and indexing documents for clients to access. I have spent the majority of my career in education, working in various roles and ultimately as a HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant). During busy periods I began supporting ECUKL, which eventually led to my transition into a full time roll with the company. I have developed my skills in my current role through hands on, on the job experience. I have brought many transferable skills from my previous role as a HLTA, such as organisation, communication, adaptability and working within a time scale. These skills have been invaluable in my current role. About me: I am a wife, proud Mum and Grandmother, co-habiting with two bonkers 5mth old black Labrador puppies, who firmly believe in chaos! In my spare time (when the pups allow) I enjoy reading crime novels, watching crime dramas and convincing myself I would make an excellent detective, despite consistently guessing everyone except the actual culprit! I play darts (sometimes reasonably well), knit ( don’t always finish) and do jigsaws (very slowly but with great determination). Life is busy, sometimes chaotic but full of smiles.

Cosmo
Morale Manager
Cosmo has been keeping everyone at Anglian IT and Scanning Solutions in good spirits for over a year now. From humble beginnings as a rescue pup from local Wood Green, he has taken a new lease of life since going to live with our Managing Director. Anytime anyone needs a reason to smile (this may include playing fetch) he is on hand to provide assistance (and possibly take a treat). Our office would not be the same, or half as happy without the sounds of his greetings and whilst the rest of us might be very hard-working and keep the business going, we know the real person in charge is definitely Cosmo.
Behind the Scenes

Dan Moreton
IT Service Desk Analyst
I’ve been into computers since a very early age. My previous job was my first role where I got to work with computers but the IT aspects were very limited. When the opportunity came up to begin a full-fledged career in IT I had to take it! I also have a strong passion for music, I play guitar and yell in a band. I also enjoy curling up on the sofa to some TV (big fantasy/sci-fi fan!) and working on my own PC. We are very proud of Dan who has just passed his ITIL 4 Foundation.
